Rimmel The Only 1 Lipstick Swatches

There’s a new lipstick at the drugstore and it’s called “The Only 1” by Rimmel. Having big claims that it’ll be the only lipstick you’ll need. Well let me be the judge of that…

On their website, it is described as:
• A no compromise all-in-one lipstick that is challenging the lipstick history.
• The perfect balance of high impact colour, moisture, all day comfort and staying power
• Slanted lipstick bullet for an effortless application.

The colour payoff is opaque and leaves a semi-glossy look. I found them to be comfortable to wear, moisturising and quite long lasting. However, I would have preferred a pointed-top rather than a flat-top, as I struggle to apply the lipstick neatly.
I have six shades in this collection. I’m not sure how many shades are available in Australia, as the Chemist Warehouse website only lists twelve but the UK site sites fifteen.
Out of the shades I have, I like 200 It’s A Keeper & 300 Listen Up!

These retail for $15.95 and can be found at Priceline, Target, Chemist Warehouse and anywhere that stocks Rimmel.

Overall, it’s a nice lipstick to have and I enjoy wearing it, however it won’t be my only one.

  2. I love Rimmel brand in general so I couldn’t help but comment on this post!😍 I am starting to collect these lippies now and I love the packaging too.. They are very pigmented and I love the subtle scent on it as well. Wow! $15 each is a bit too much.. It only retails $6.97 I believe in the drugstores..☺️

  8. I like these – they are really nice, good quality lipsticks but I agree, won’t be my only 1 either! It’s tricky not having a traditional pointed lipstick shape, especially with the super vibrant shades! xx
