I’m normally not one to attend a lot of events, however March was a busy month for me, as I was fortunate enough to be invited to a few fabulous events. I’d thought you might like an insight on what bloggers get up to when they’re invited to product launches and makeup events. Melissa x Jeremy Scott Launch (17/03/2016)
I attended the Melissa x Jeremy  Scott collaboration at the QV store with the beautiful Trang. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly Melissa girls and the cutest drink I’ve ever had in my life.
We were given the opportunity to view and have a play with the new collection and mingle.

Cristina Re To Paris with Love Launch (22/03/2016)
Held at the Cristina Re HQ in Collingwood, and fittingly so as this space was gorgeous with it’s pink walls, neon lights and interior features.

I was greeted by the cutest cupcakes and bubbly, seriously, what more could a girl ask for…?

We were introduced to the talented Cristina Re and got to hear her stories, which was such a great insight.

We were then given time to dip into our creative side with an opportunity to use water colours to colour in a few designs from Cristina Re Colouring Book and have some high tea. I was hesitant at first, as my colouring in will only ruined these beautiful drawings, but I was encouraged by Cristina and fellow bloggers to just have fun.

Loreal Makeup Deisgner Contest Event (23/03/2016)
Held at Aerial in Southwhalf, being a very classy venue, was a perfect fit for the occasion.

We were greeted with flowing drinks and delicious canepes, a recipe for a good night to come. Great opportunity to catch up with my fellow bloggers and the L’Oréal team.

The contest had the ten finalist illiterate their makeup look live on stage, without prior notice on the topic and a time limit of only 30 minutes. Talk about intense!

All the finalist did an amazing job at creating a look that was Paris Fashion Week inspired yet, was still wearable everyday. Very talented indeed.

Garnier Launch (31/03/2016)
Held at the L’Oréal HQ, the first thing I noticed was the gorgeous green wall that greeted me upon arrival.

Delicious infused water and finger food kept me satisfied as I listened to the Garnier team present their new launches for the year.

After the presentation we were given the opportunity to mingle, play with the products and take photos. They had a gorgeous marbled floor, so I definitely took advantage of that. Then it was time to just mingle and meet new people. They practically had to drag me out of the place once the event was complete. Whoops.

I really enjoy these type of events, especially beauty events. As the attendees are mostly beauty bloggers and beauty is their passion, like mine. It’s so refreshing to know that I can talk about shades of lipstick on end and the other person doesn’t roll their eyes at me.
