I first discovered Sephora many years ago whilst overseas and have since been a massive fan. Sephora stocks so many amazing brands which include but are not limited to; Tarte, Kat Von D, It Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Marc Jacobs Beauty and Cover FX.

Recently I had the opportunity to play with what they call “Beauty Game Changers” and boy so far, they’re good… I’ve haven’t tried everything yet, but I wanted to share my thoughts and swatches with you.

When I first got my hands on this, I was so excited. I’ve seen this floating around the internet for a while and have been drooling over how beautiful it is.
This has a great selection of shades, which will suit every skin tone. However I have noticed that there’s small amount of fall out in a few of the shades, but with a softer hand, I’ve had no issues. Overall I’ve been using this palette nearly everyday and loving it!

IT COSMETICS – CC+ Cream
I like using this CC cream when I’m in a rush but still want to look polish. Its light weight and provides good coverage that isn’t cakey or heavy. Surprising long lasting as well.

MAKE UP FOREVER – Ultra HD Foundation
I have the shade Y255, which is a pretty decent match for me. What I really enjoy about this foundation is that it provides light to medium coverage without feeling like I’m wearing any foundation. It has a very thin consistency that blends so well on the skin.

COVER FX – Contour Kit
I have this kit in Medium which is a bit dark for me. Out of the four shades, I can only use 1 (N20) and 2 (Star-Light). Shades 3 (N60) and 4 (N80) are too dark for my skin tone. I use shade 1 under the eyes and on the centre of the nose to highlight and shade 2 on the top of my cheekbones for a beautiful glow.

TARTE – Tarteist Matte Lip Paint
This shade is so beautifully red and I think it’s one of the purest reds I have. It moussey texture is non-drying and provides a bold matte finish. I love that it’s very pigmented and bonus points for being vegan-friendly!

MARC JACOBS BEAUTY – Velvet Noir Mascara
First up, you know I’m a sucker for packaging and this one is so damn luxurious with it’s unique black hexagon design. I love that it’s a very black mascara that is easily used to provide length and volume.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS – Brow Definer
I’ve been wanting to try this for a while, and finally had the chance. The triangular tip makes it quick and easy for filling in my brows, definitely a winner in my books. The spooley on the other side is soft and blends very naturally.
